Privacy
How ForEffect handles your information.
We are a security company. This page says plainly what we collect on this site, why, and what we do not do with it.
Draft for review by counsel before publication.
What we collect
When you send a note or book a conversation we receive what you type: name, email, organization, and your message. When you visit the site, analytics and advertising tags may collect device, browser, and page-usage information and may set cookies, subject to your consent choices where required.
Why
To reply to you, to schedule and prepare for the conversation you asked for, to understand which pages are useful, and — if you arrived from an advertisement — to measure whether that advertising works. We do not sell your information.
Advertising and analytics
This site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta measurement tags. These providers may use cookies to recognize your browser across sites. You can opt out through your browser settings, the providers’ own controls, and the consent banner where it is shown.
Your choices
Email info@foreffectai.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask us not to contact you. Washington residents have rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act and other state laws; we honor them.
Security
Information you send us is stored in systems protected by multi-factor authentication and access controls, and retained only as long as needed for the purpose above.
Changes
We will update this page and the effective date when our practices change.
